§1 Sales
All sales are made through the trusted platform Fleasy. Fleasy is a marketplace facilitating the trade of second-hand products. However, the purchase agreement is made directly between you as the buyer and us as the seller, which means we are responsible for fulfilling the terms of the agreement.

§2 Payment
Payments are processed directly on the platform via Stripe in the selected currency. You can use payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others. The payment must be completed before we ship the product. Stripe ensures a secure payment process, and your payment details are protected according to current data security standards.

§3 Shipping
We deliver to the entire EU. Your order is packed carefully to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs depend on the number of items in the order and their weight. The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

§4 Delivery Guarantee
In rare cases, packages may be lost during delivery. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund after the estimated delivery time has passed. We aim to provide an accurate representation of items in our product descriptions and always take unique photos of each item. If the condition has not been described accurately, you are entitled to a reasonable partial refund.

§5 Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund your purchase but deduct our costs for the original shipping and return shipping.

§6 Returns
We accept returns, but you are responsible for returning the product. Returns must be sent back in the same condition as received, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

§7 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms as needed. Any changes will take effect when published on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of the current terms.

§8 Privacy Policy
To receive, process, and deliver your order, we process your personal data. All our processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy attachment for more information.
